The first step involves removing both the bolt and retaining nut from the condenser to evaporator line support clip. Afterwards disconnect the front condenser to evaporator tube spring lock coupling. The service process requires complete port plugging to stop any entry of dirt and moisture. Next disconnect the rear spring lock coupling of the condenser to evaporator line but maintain port plugs to prevent contamination. Follow the opposite steps of removal to reinstall the system.
