Service of the radiator starts by draining out the coolant from the system. The service process begins by removing the air cleaner outlet tube then disconnecting the overflow hose. You should detach both upper and lower radiator hoses from the radiator after removing the cooling fan shroud. A back up wrench should be used during two transmission cooling line disconnects to avoid disturbing the transmission oil cooler fittings. The two bolts retaining the radiator need removal before setting aside the EVAP test port. Perform the opposite sequence used for removal steps to install the components.
