How to service and repair the radiator on Ford Explorer Sport?

You have to take off the cooling fan shroud, the radiator, drain the cooling system, remove the air cleaner outlet tube, disconnect the overflow hose and remove the air cleaner. Unconnect the upper and lower radiator hose, transmission cooling lines and unscrew the bolts holding the radiator. Undo these steps to install again.
