Ford F-150 Heritage Coolant Reservoir Parts and Q&A

  • Q: How to service the coolant reservoir on Ford F-150 Heritage?
    A:
A proper service of coolant reservoir starts with draining part of the cooling system. You should first disconnect the hose from the degas bottle by loosening the clamp and moving the hose away before sliding off the overflow hose from the Radiator fitting. First disconnect the lower radiator hose from the degas bottle then proceed to remove the degas bottle. Transferring the new degas bottle requires performing each step in reverse order to installation.
