Service of front door window regulator motors begins by raising window glass to maximum height and then taking out the front door trim panel. The watershield should be set aside after positioning the electrical connector away from the drilling area. A 19 mm (3/4-in) hole saw having 8 mm (1/4-in) pilot needs to drill three holes through existing drill dimples on the door to reach power window motor bolts. Separate the electrical connector linking the front door window regulator before you uninstall all relevant bolts and components of the front door window regulator motor. When installing the system follow all removal steps in reverse sequence while running the window glass through its range to check gear engagement.
