How to service the evaporator core on Ford Five Hundred?

To service the evaporator core first perform a leak test where required. Only replace the receiver/drier when contaminated. Take out the air inlet duct, heater core and screws off the evaporator core cover. Disassemble electrical connectors, ducts and lastly the evaporator core. Install in reverse and grease with clean PAG oil.
