The antenna servicing process begins by removing an optional antenna mast followed by left-hand and right-hand C-pillar trim panel removal. The service and repair of the antenna begins by removing both left-hand and right-hand C-pillar trim panels. You must carefully lower the rear part of the headliner to reach the antenna cable bolt before disconnecting the antenna cable from the antenna by fully loosening the bolt. The antenna cable bolt must reach 8 Nm of torque (71 lb-in) while you perform the installation. Reinstall the antenna according to the reverse steps of removal.
