The service procedure for door disarm switch alarm repair starts by taking out the LH front door trim panel followed by moving the watershield to the side. You should disconnect the power connector of the door disarm switch and disconnect the wiring harness retainer from the post of the LH door latch. You must disconnect the E-clip as well as the lock cylinder actuator pawl before separating the door disarm switch from its housing. To install the component follow the removal steps in reverse order while positioning the door disarm switch mark toward the harness before final installation.
