How to Service and Install a Front Door Window Regulator and Power Window Motor on Ford Thunderbird?

Begin the servicing process of the front door window motor by taking out the door window glass. Detach the window regulator electrical connector followed by uninstalling seven nuts that fasten the door window regulator assembly. Tighten each nut on the new components to 12 Nm (9 lb-ft). The front window motors require initialization after any motor extraction from the window regulator installation of new components or addition of new window glass and application of lubricants to the window system since the new motors operate in proportional up/down mode before their initialization. The installation process should end with the opposite sequence of removal steps.
