The removal of hard-to-remove brake disc requires application of Rust Penetrant F2AZ-19A501-A or an equivalent system that fulfills Ford specification ESR-M99C56-A on brake disc hub mating areas. The installation process requires metal brake part cleaner F3AZ-19579-SA equivalent to Ford specification ESE-M1C171-A for cleaning brake disc and wheel hub surfaces then high temperature nickel brake lubricant F6AZ-9L494-AA equivalent to Ford specification ESE-M12A4-A should be applied to hub flanges. Place the brake disc in position with marks facing their counterparts on the hub and then assemble brake disc bolts and the front disc brake caliper anchor plate. Perform an inspection of Total Indicated Runout (TIR) as the final check.
