How to service and repair the Wiper Linkage on Ford Windstar?

To service and repair the wiper motor linkage, remove the upper cowl top vent panel grille assembly. Then disconnect the electrical connectors, and remove the lower cowl top vent panel assembly by removing the 10 bolts. Then, take out the mounting arm and pivot shaft with bolts and nuts. To install, do the opposite of the removal.
