    A: To maintain the right hand exhaust, lift the car and take off the right front fender well and wheel. Unscrew Y-pipe and EGR tube and take out heat shield and exhaust manifold. Install a new gasket and tighten the manifold nuts and repeat the process to install the gasket.
  • Q: How to service the left-hand exhaust manifold on Lincoln Aviator?
    A: You can service the left-hand exhaust manifold by putting the vehicle on a hoist in the neutral position. Take off the steering shaft, left front wheel and inner Fenderwell. Disassembling the heat shield and the manifold following the removal of the Y-pipe. Place a new gasket and tighten the nuts and then turn the process in reverse.
