How to service the right-hand exhaust manifold on Lincoln Continental?

Service To service the right-hand exhaust manifold, raise the vehicle and take off the dual converter Y pipe and exhaust manifold connector. Unscrew the EGR tube and take away the manifold. Install new gasket, reattach the manifold, reattach the EGR tube and reattach the Y pipe and then lower the vehicle.

How to service the left-hand (LH) exhaust manifold on Lincoln Continental?

In order to service the left-hand exhaust, obtain the refrigerant of the A/C and raise the car. Take out the dual converter Y pipe, take off the A/C manifold and take off the eight nuts that connect the manifold. Replacement of new gaskets, securing of the manifold, reconnecting the A/C, reinstalling the Y pipe, and filling up of the A/C system.
