How to service the intake air duct on Lincoln LS?

Start the intake air duct servicing process by disconnecting the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor electrical connector and then remove the aspirator hose that connects the air cleaner outlet tube and the positive crankcase ventilation hose. The first step in servicing the intake air duct requires loosening the hose clamp screws followed by removing the air cleaner outlet tube. Make sure to disconnect the tube at the throttle body prior to removing it to protect the resonator beneath. To install it reverse all steps of removal then ensure tight sealing of the air cleaner outlet tube to keep unmetered air from the engine.
