You should start by taking out the headlamp switch and steering column opening trim panel when servicing the instrument panel dimmer switch. Disconnect both the fabric hose from the side demister and the electrical connector of the instrument panel dimmer switch. Position them out of the way. Use the T-20 torx® tool to access three screws through instrument panel side and steering column opening and pull out the screws with mounting bracket and dimmer switch.
