To service the exterior mirror motor, take the mirror glass out and the center screw. Loose the screwdriver with a flat blade to remove the motor through the clips then take it out of the bracket and un-attach the electrical connector. To install, select the reverse actions.

Either to remove the power mirror motor, or to service it, remove the rear view mirror glass and the center screw. Take a flat-blade screwdriver and unscrew the motor on the clips, and pull it out of the bracket. Unplug the electrical connector, and use the same procedure to install.
