How to service the EGR Valve and Tube on Lincoln Navigator?

Starting the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve and tube service requires removal of the upper intake manifold initially. Start by disconnecting the vacuum line from the EGR valve and then remove the bolts which secure the EGR adapter. Start by disconnecting both differential pressure feedback hoses along with the fittings which connect to the EGR valve tube. Gather the EGR valve and tube as a combination before removing them. The installation process requires the opposite actions of what was done during removal.
