How to service and repair the fuel tank unit on Lincoln Town Car?

To perform maintenance on the fuel tank unit, take out the fuel tank and un-connect pressure transducer. Wipe out the pump mounting area, then take off the fuel pump, disposing of gasket. Wipe down and clean surfaces, refit a new gasket, bolstering the pump in a star formation and refitting the fuel tank.
