How to service and repair the harmonic balancer and crankshaft pulley on Lincoln Town Car?

In order to service the harmonic balancer and crankshaft pulley, disassemble engine cooling fan and shroud. Disattach accessory drive belt and crankshaft pulley bolt. Apply Crankshaft Vibration Damper Remover to pulley. Sealant application, pulley installation, and tightening of the bolt are done in four steps. Reinstall the belt and fan.
