How to Properly Maintain and Fix the Oil Pan on a Lincoln Town Car?

In order to fix the oil pan, make sure that the car is in neutral on a hoist. Take out the front crossmember, empty the oil and remove the oil pan bolts. Wipe surfaces using a plastic tool, apply sealant and reassemble. Tighten bolts, re-assemble parts, and fill with oil, and check to see if there are leaks.
