  A: Service of the rear ABS sensor starts with removing the rear seat bottom. The connective wires of the rear ABS sensor should be disconnected first before forcefully guiding the sensor harness grommet through the floor of the passenger compartment. Prior to hoisting or jacking or towing any vehicle with Air Suspension, one should shut off the air system power to stop expected changes in air spring state which might shift the vehicle position. Execute safety checks before lifting the vehicle with supports. Remove the rear ABS sensor first by taking out its bolt, then the sensor itself after disconnecting the routing clips. The installation of the new sensor requires the execution of reversed steps which were used in the removal process.
