  Service and maintenance of the lower intake manifold starts by emptying the engine cooling system followed by upper intake manifold removal. First disconnect the accessory Drive Belt before moving to the generator support bracket bolts then remove the crossover tube. The next step involves removing the bolts followed by the generator and eliminating the fuel pressure sensor vacuum hose and electrical connector and disassociating the wiring harness from four specific fuel injection supply manifold studs.
