How to Service and Repair the A/C Expansion Valve on Mercury Milan?

To service the A/C expansion valve, take out the lower cowl panel grille, de-gas and remove the A/C pressure transducer. Take out the fitting nuts and valve nuts, and gasket seals can be discarded. Install new seals and lubricate using clean PAG oil. Test, evacuate and charge the system as required.
