How to service the power mirror actuator on Mercury Montego?

To replace the power mirror motor, loosen the four screws of the motor without completely unscrewing the screws, just take out the rear view mirror glass. Unplug the electrical connector then take out the motor. Install in reverse order, making sure that screws are tightened to 1 Nm (9 lb-in).
