How to service and repair the front Power Window Motor on Mercury Mystique?

Trim, unscrew, disconnect multiplug, cut Willbutyl watershield using plastic knife, no adhesive. Installing Reconnect window switch, align holes, and remove glass bolts, disconnect battery ground, close glass. Take off regulator bolts, lower assembly, unbolt motor (3) or winder (2), disconnect connector, take off regulator, plate-nut, bushes. Refit in reverse.
