How to Service and Repair the Power Steering Cooler on Mercury Sable?

In order to service the power steering cooler, raise the vehicle, loosen screws, air deflector, and shield. Unscrew hoses and empty fluid. Remove bolts and cooler. In order to fit the new cooler the procedure should be reversed, and the power steering system filled and purged afterward.
