  A: The service of the yaw rate sensor requires the removal of the front floor console. First detach the electrical connector of the stability control sensor cluster then remove its electrical harness retainers before they go on the side. The stability control sensor cluster needs its two bracket bolts removed before you can take it out while ensuring proper tightness of 12 Nm (9 lb-ft) after reinstallation. Finish installation by executing the reverse order of steps used for removal. Installation of a new stability control sensor cluster requires ABS module calibration through the directions of the scan tool according to the calibration procedures.
