Bumper Cover, Rear Upper

You need to start bumper service on the Freestyle by taking out the rear lamps and then separating the rear parking aid connector if your car has it. First remove the five rear bumper cover scrivets which reside under the liftgate opening then detach the two pin-type retainers from the beam bottom surface. The two bolts holding the bumper cover to its mounting reinforcements need to be removed.
