Service and repair of the air compressor/pump begins by disabling the air suspension switch and disconnecting the battery ground cable. Start by taking out the support bracket followed by disconnecting the air compressor electrical connector and finally complete the process by separating the air line from the air compressor drier through locking ring compression and pulling out the air line. First unfasten the three air compressor bolts before removing the air compressor from its position. The proper installation happens when you insert the white air line completely into the fitting base. Drive a minimum of 16 km (10 mi.) or more after battery removal and reinstallation because the vehicle requires time to relearn its adaptive strategy during which abnormal drive symptoms are possible. Finish the installation process by executing the reverse order of removal steps.
