The repair process of sunroof or moonroof windguards starts with extracting the roof sliding outer glass panel. Proceed by sliding the roof sliding panel opening shield and the sunshade until they reach midpoint position after which you lift the shield to expose its tabs. First push the opening shield of the sliding roof panel all the way to the rear followed by total extension of the sunshade. The service process starts with pushing the rear guides installed on the sunshade by hand to make them detach from the sunshade before removing it. Follow the opposite steps of removal to reassemble the product.

You should start sunroof or moonroof windguard service and repair by taking out the roof sliding outer glass panel. First remove the roof sliding panel opening shield and sunshade until they reach half their length before lifting the shield to expose the tabs. The opening shield should be pushed all the way toward the rear and the sunshade should slide to the front. Start by using inward pressure on the spring-loaded rear guides until they free from the sunshade material before taking out the sunshade itself. Installation of this product requires executing the opposite steps of removal.
