The service process starts with unfastening both sides of roof opening glass and water trough by removing the screws and continues with sunroof or moonroof windguard disassembly. The roof sliding panel opening shield can be released by moving it forward and lifting its center gently while the track is disengaged. The roof sliding panel opening shield requires flexing its center to feed its front and rear tabs into their track during installation. Secure the water trough beneath the side tabs by installing the screws and then reinstall the roof opening glass.
