How to Service and Repair the Sunroof Air Deflector on Lincoln Navigator?

To service the sunroof or moonroof windguard, open the roof panel and remove the two air deflector tether screws, tightening them to 1 Nm (9 lb-in) upon reinstallation. Raise the air deflector, slide it rearward, and lift to release it. Reverse the procedure to complete installation.

How to service and repair the sunroof Air Deflector on Lincoln Continental?

In order to service a sunroof/moonroof windguard, take out the roof sliding outer glass panel. Slide the opening shield and sunshade half way forward, lift the shield to clear tabs, slide the shield all the way back and slide the sunshade all the way forward. Press spring-loaded rear guides will release and remove sunshade. Reinstall in reverse.
