The first step for changing the right-hand engine mount requires turning off the fire suppression system because it protects against personal injuries. To begin the procedure properly position the vehicle with neutral gearing on a hoisting system. Start by taking off the generator before adding both the Engine Lifting Bracket and Engine Support Bar. You should remove first the right-hand and left-hand lower engine mount nuts then reinstall these nuts at 90 Nm (66 lb-ft) torque. The Engine Support Bar helps in engine lifting for bolt removal of the three right-hand engine mount components before securing the bolts with 70 Nm (52 lb-ft) torque. Engine mount removal on the right-hand side of the vehicle requires immediate repower of fire suppression systems through necessary safety protocols. When finishing the equipment installation reverse the unmounting steps while securing every component with appropriate fasteners.

Reverse the removal procedure and ensure to tighten the fasteners to 80 Nm (59 ft. lbs.).

Depower the fire suppression system if equipped, following the necessary safety warnings and procedures.

Remove the left-hand and right-hand lower engine mount nuts, and tighten them to 90 Nm (66 lb-ft) upon reinstallation.

Ensure the vehicle is in neutral and positioned on a hoist.

Tighten the transmission insulator bolts to 90 Nm (66 lb-ft).
