Next detach the bolt before employing the release to elevate the switch. The small screwdriver will help depres the connector release tab on the second connector but you must disconnect the connectors in the indicated sequence to remove the multifunction switch. Fitting the new switch requires executing step-by-step the removal steps in reverse order.
