The service of the rear seat cushion cover begins with removing the cushion itself. Tear loose the drawstring while pulling out hog rings. The process of removing the hook and loop strip from the backrest trim cover requires attention to prevent damage to the backrest foam pad's strip. The trim cover should have its bottom section flipped up to expose hook and loop strips until the hog rings become visible. You should remove the hog rings from the hook and loop strips until the trim cover completely detaches from the foam pad. Follow the opposite steps to uninstallation and place the rear seat cushion back in place.

Invert the backrest trim cover, separate the hook-and-loop strips, and remove all rows of hog rings until the backrest trim cover is fully removed.

Remove the rear seat cushion.

Set the armrest aside, ensuring to align the armrest bracket locator tab to the backrest frame during reassembly.
