After removing four nuts which secure the steering wheel brace you can remove it properly tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in) before reattaching. You should first disconnect electrical connectors then unscrew the four screws on the speed control switch before removing both speed control switches and finally tightening the screws to 7 Nm (62 lb-in). Execute the installation by returning to the procedure that was used for removal.
