- Q: How to Service and Repair the Headlight Switch on 2008 Lincoln Navigator?A: Removal of the headlamp switch on the Expedition requires removal of the instrument panel screw on the left lower and disconnection of the electrical connector. In the case of the Navigator, three screws will be removed by the steering column panel and connectors will be disconnected. To install the new switch, release tabs to remove the switch then repeat this to install the new switch.
