- Q: How to remove and replace the RH temperature blend door actuator on 2009 Mercury Mariner?A: In order to install the RH temperature blend door actuator, take out the upper center instrument panel finish panel and passenger airbag module. Unscrew duct screws, loosen wire harness retention screws and unmount actuator. Carefully disengage the actuator screws followed by attaching the new actuator in this order by reverse screws and tightening the screws to 3 Nm.
