How to remove and install the windshield wiper arm on 2000 Ford E-250 Econoline?

In order to take the windshield wiper pivot arm out, press the locking lever and lift the wiper blade up. Draw the lever out, and draw the pivot arm off the arm of the mounting. In order to install, reverse the procedure and adjust the pivot arm accordingly.
