How to service and repair the hydraulic hose on 2000 Ford F-150?

The first step when repairing or servicing the hydraulic hose begins with turning off electrical power at the RH kick panel to stop air spring inflation or deflation causing shift during service operations. First elevate the car and separate the line by pulling it out from the floor flange plastic clip while also removing it from the bottom of the clutch slave cylinder. Lower the vehicle before removing the clutch master cylinder and line assembly while discarding the roll pin that maintains line connection to the clutch master cylinder. The outlet port of the clutch master cylinder must contain the proper O-ring. If no O-ring exists then installation requires a replacement. You will disconnect the clutch master cylinder line through gentle line extension. When installing the new line users should first connect it to the clutch master cylinder outlet port then place the clutch master cylinder tube properly before inserting the roll pin. You should tug on the clutch master cylinder tube until it reaches the proper position. First switch off the air suspension electrical power then raise and support the vehicle while bleaching the system. Check that the O-ring remains placed on the line as well as examine the clutch slave cylinder port for an O-ring. Connect the male advance on the line to the female outlet of the clutch slave cylinder while checking the security with a line tug. The last procedure includes attaching the line to the floor flange plastic clip and lowering the vehicle while turning on the air suspension switch if available.
