How to Bleed the Brake System After Replacing the ABS Control Module on 2000 Ford F-350 Super Duty?

The specified brake fluid should be used to fill the brake master cylinder reservoir and cleaning of the fill cap should be completed before any brake system bleeding process begins. A clear waste line must be attached to the RH rear bleeder screw where the open end should go into a brake fluid-filled container. Operation of the RH rear bleeder screw along with brake pedal cycling allows technicians to eliminate air visible in the waste line. The RH rear bleeder screw requires tightening before removing the waste line. Follow this same sequence by bleeding the LH rear bleeder screw then the RH front disc brake caliper bleeder screw and finish with the LH front disc brake caliper bleeder screw. Follow the scan tool instructions while connecting the DCL cable adapter to the site under the dash which has the DLC. Reapply the system bleed technique in the same manner as before.
