Users need to exercise safety precautions when working with brake fluid because it contains polyglycol ethers and polyglycols thus requiring eye protection and complete handwashing after contact. Running water eye flushes should be performed for 15 minutes after eye contact occurs but you must seek doctor help in case symptoms continue. Drinking water followed by vomiting induction is needed for accidental ingestion. After this you must find immediate professional medical assistance. Excessive brake fluid requires washing up immediately with water since it tends to damage both painted surfaces and plastic materials. Only use tubes grown through the Ford authorization program when assembling inlet hydraulic brake lines because plugging all open ports will stop fluid leaks. First disconnect all hydraulic brake tubes along with electrical connections. Proceed by removing the Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU) from F-250/F-550 vehicles using first HCU bolt removal followed by pulling out HCU along with its bracket.
