How to service and repair the spindle on a 4X2 on 2000 Ford Ranger?

In order to service the spindle on a 4X2 vehicle, lift the vehicle, take off the wheel, the brake disc shield and suspend the vehicle. Loosen the shock absorber, ball joints and tie-rod. Install Coil spring Compressor and install components, vital cotter pin installation. Lastly, re-fit brake shield and ensure alignment.
