How to service and repair the windshield washer pump on 2000 Ford Windstar?

In order to maintain the windshield washer pump, take off the upper reservoir bolts, the right front wheel and the splash shield. Unscrew the cornering lamp, lift (slide) the washer reservoir up, and break the electrical connectors and hoses. To avoid spillages drain the reservoir and then do the same when reinstating it.
