How to Address Issues with the Washer Reservoir on 2000 Lincoln Continental?

In order to service the windshield washer reservoir, remove the air compressor, followed by the coolant reservoir bolts. Lift the car, take off the splash cover on the right front and loosen the washer hose and observe the toxic washer fluid. Lastly, remove the reservoir, and disconnect electrical connectors, and vice versa.
