How to service and repair the vacuum brake booster on 2000 Lincoln Town Car?

In order to service the vacuum brake booster, detach battery ground and fluid level sensor. Adjust the speed control cable, unscrew the check valve and unclip the brake master cylinder. You will then remove the instrument panel and the stop light switch and then remove the brake booster. Installation can be re-installed in a reverse sequence with the correct switch orientation.
