How to service the rear Sway Bar Kit on 2000 Mercury Cougar?

In order to service the back sway kit, loosen the right rear wheel nuts, elevate the vehicle, and take the wheel off. Removethe sway bar kit, and clamps. Fit the new kit and the clamps, but final tightening has to be done when the vehicle is loaded on the wheels. Hook the sway bar and wheel back in place.
