You should disconnect both the A/C manifold tube as well as the condenser to evaporator tube from the A/C condenser core. Start service of the HVAC condenser by removing the radiator before you remove the condenser core bolt. The condenser can be unbuckled by squeezing the release buckle before removing the component from its locators. When installing the replacement A/C condenser core service it with PAG compressor oil, YN-12-C, F7AZ-19589-DA or another equivalent fluid satisfying Ford standard WSH-M1C231-B.
