Remove the water pump inlet hose and crankshaft position sensor before uninstalling water pump bolts while cleaning all sealing surfaces. Follow this installation order to begin: Install the water pump first before tightening bolts numbered 1-7 to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.) then follow by tightening bolts numbered 8-12 to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).
