How to service and repair the oil pan on 2001 Ford E-250 Econoline?

In order to fix the oil pan, remove the battery, empty the cooling system, and take out the air cleaner, fan shroud and upper intake manifold. Prop engine, drain oil, and take out engine oil pan bolts. Wipe surfaces, put sealant and screw bolts in two phases.
