To repair the EGR valve, you need to take out the air cleaner outlet tube and vacuum line followed by the bolts and EGR bracket. Disconnect the EGR tube, remove EGR valve bolts and dispose of gasket. wipe down, replace a new gasket and tighten the valve bolts. Installation is complete by reconnecting components.
