Degrees of bolts need removal before placing the differential pressure feedback EGR bracket to a safe location. Unfasten the EGR Tube fittings before moving the EGR tube to the side. The service process requires removal of two EGR valve securing bolts followed by discarding the gasket material. The service procedure includes proper sealing surface cleaning then new gasket installation while paying attention that EGR valve sealing surfaces consist of soft metal materials. Proceed with mounting of the EGR valve following a procedure that includes preliminary torque to 20 Nm (15 Lb-Ft) then further tightening by 90 degrees. Processing begins with EGR valve installment followed by linking EGR valve tube fittings then reinstallation of differential pressure feedback EGR then vacuum line attachment until completing the installation with the air cleaner outlet tube.
